In order to expand the frequency range of the MH335DW, especially in the high range and to improve the mid- and low-range resolution, network optimization and acoustic tuning (titanium tube for the treble responsible unit sound port) have been applied.

About Studio Reference

Custom ear monitors designed for stage use in concerts, and in recent years, their use is expanding in the music production process from recording, mixing, and mastering.

In order to provide more accurate monitoring in these studio use, Yuji Sugiyama, Dub Master X and other professional users have cooperated with the aim of expanding the high frequency range of FitEar MH334 and MH335DW and improving the low and mid frequency resolution. I did the setup.

I've been using the Fit Ear MH335DW for several years in the studio and live recording. Thanks to the double woofer and excellent sound insulation, it prevented the monitor volume from being raised too high even during severe recordings on the side of the stage or on the FOH side, and was also free from tinnitus after recording.


I participated in the development of this Studio Reference with feedback on sound quality and ideas for parts. Aiming to be a "monitor that can be used for checking mixes", it is a more user-friendly monitor that has improved resolution not only at high volume at live but at the volume level used in normal studios.
