Online ordering process:
1. Upon selection of required products, please put them into cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”
2. Return to the payment gateway by clicking “Checkout” after completion of selection
3. Verify Again the selected products and amount
4. Select Delivery & Payment Method
5. Confirm the details by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" and input your Customer Information and Delivery Details
6. Verify again the delivery contact, address and related information, and "Validate Order"
7. Make payment and we will process on your order

Delivery Method:
Customers can choose either local delivery service or self pick up at our store.
Local delivery service
S.F. Express – Center, Store, EF Locker, Circle K Store and 7-11 Store Pickup :
When buying selected products, free delivery service will be provided.
Remarks : There is limitation on package size in these pickup point. If the package size is over the limit, it will be delivered to S.F. Center or Store nearby and delivered again according to your request.
Remarks : Due to the size or price of some products, pickup service may be limited.
Direct Delivery (Hong Kong) (Not applicable to S.F. Express Self Pick Up Address) :
When buying selected products, free delivery service will be provided within Hong Kong area.
Remarks : Due to the discount price of some products, delivery service may be limited.
Remarks : Please aware we might use delivery service other than S.F. Express for some products.
S.F. Express - Freight Collect (Macau) :
When buying all products with delivery service to Macau, customer has to pay for the delivery charges (Freight Collect).
Self pick up at our store:
After receiving the “Arrived” E-mail or phone call from us, customer can pick up the products at our stores, please check our store location and business hours.
Remarks : Please be aware that if customer went to our store before receiving any product arrival notification, customer still cannot pick up the products at that time.
Delivery Time:
After placing the order and payment had been confirmed, if customer choose delivery service, we will get ready for delivery as soon as possible. Normally, it will be delivered to the designated location within 7 Business Days (Excluding Weekend and Public Holidays).
If customer choose to pickup at our stores, products will be ready within 1-3 Business Days (Excluding Weekend and Public Holidays) normally. After receiving the “Arrived” E-mail or phone call from us, customer can pick up the orders at our stores.
Remarks : Please be aware that if customer went to our store before receiving any product arrival notification, customer still cannot pick up the products at that time.
