Return Policy

All submitted orders cannot be refunded unless having conditions listed below.

If the ordered product is sold out and required additional time for delivery, we will notify you, you may also request for full refund if needed. 

If the products received is defected, please bring it to our stores within 7 Days along with full package and receipt. We will check the defective product in store, and exchange for another unit after agreement, time needed depends on stocks.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of JABEN HONG KONG shall be final and conclusive.
