Description

Meze’s new flagship headset, Empyrean, has been unveiled at many international audio-visual exhibitions this year. In the past, Meze launched headphones with unique appearance and sound, most of which were concentrated in the middle-end market. This time, Empyrean has entered the audiophile group of headphones to demonstrate its R&D capabilities. And the determination to make high-end headphones.


Empyrean is produced in Romania, and Rinaro, who has been developing a flat panel unit for more than 30 years, is specially invited to develop the world's first hybrid structure flat panel unit MZ3. The part closer to the ear canal is a concentric diaphragm, and the upper part is a hairpin curved type. The diaphragms output mid-to-high frequency and mid-to-low frequencies respectively, combining a flat tone. The magnet array is also improved in response to the diaphragm, allowing the headset to achieve higher sensitivity.
