Description

Background of headphone development
Currently, FitEar's custom in-ear monitors (IEMs) have transcended their role as stage monitors and become indispensable tools for studio work such as recording and mixing.
However, the field is a mix of creators who love using custom IEMs and engineers who primarily use headphones. The challenge then became creating an environment where "communication using a common language about sound is possible, even if the devices are different."
FitEar embarked on developing headphones to provide a stable monitoring environment that is sonicly compatible with custom IEMs and can be used interchangeably depending on the environment.

Robust mechanical design by Sound Warrior
Hardware design and manufacturing are handled by Shiroshita Kogyo Co., Ltd., a company with extensive experience in professional audio equipment.
The ear pads incorporate Sound Warrior's unique ergonomic design, achieving high sound isolation and a comfortable fit even during extended listening sessions. In addition, the main parts utilize "Nylon 6," a highly durable material resistant to impact and oil. This material, which has a proven track record of over 100,000 units used in demanding environments such as the food service industry, supports the reliability of this professional tool.

Custom-designed driver by QIGOM
To achieve a wider range and flatter characteristics in the controlled sound pressure environments of mixing and mastering, FitEar partnered with QIGOM (Shenzhen Qinggeman Electric Sound Co., Ltd.) in Shenzhen, China. Leveraging QIGOM's long track record in OEM/ODM of micro speakers, FitEar has incorporated a custom-tuned 40mm dynamic driver specifically for their headphones. QIGOM's unique wiring method ensures both high durability suitable for professional use and delicate reproduction capabilities.
